Chibra Agal Nook

Chibra Agal is a large village in Rongram, West Garo Hills, Meghalaya, with a population of 2,241 across 422 households. Most residents work as daily wage labourers, including tea leaf plucking in local plantations in Chibra Agal and nearby Chibragre. Rongram serves as the nearest market for economic needs. The Nook, located opposite the village field and near the Lower Primary School, is a community hub. Women engage in the “Nook” program, while children participate in library and Frisbee activities.
