Cancellation & Refund Policy

DEFY EDUCATIONAL ORGANISATION believes in helping its donors as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

  • Cancellations/ refunds will be considered only if the request is made within 5 working days of making the donation.

  • Cancellation/ refund requests must be made to info@projectdefy.org, stating clearly the details of the transaction, proof of transaction and the reason for seeking refund.

  • It will take up to 15 working days to process the refund after receiving the request, once the refund is approved by DEFY EDUCATIONAL ORGANISATION.

  • For donors who subscribe for recurring monthly or annual donation plans, cancellation of the plan can be requested at any time through payment channel. In case any amount is debited due to a delay in the cancellation process post submitting the cancellation request, the same will be refunded within 15 working days of the transaction.
