Sunei Nook

Sunei village is located in the Mawphlang subdivision of East Khasi Hills district, Meghalaya, about 6 km from Mawphlang town and 30 km from Shillong. Mawphlang serves as the nearest hub for major economic activities. Most residents rely on farming for their livelihood, cultivating crops and vegetables, and raising cattle and poultry. A significant portion of the population lives below the poverty line (BPL).
